"I have 14 years experience of working with elderly poeple, I am qualified to the level of NVQ4 with Managers Award. I love working at Olton Grange. The team are friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is always light hearted and fun. I enjoy interacting with Residents on a daily basis and I join with their activities whenever I can."

Francesca was promoted to Deputy Manager in August 2008. She has worked in care environments for 8 years. She has a NVQ3 and is currently working towards NVQ4. She has settled in very well at Olton Grange, this is her first experience with the elderly and has adapted very well.

"Cooks : Our cooks are highly trained and experienced, they are fully conversant with special diets and will cater for all needs. Our kitchen has an award for food safety and is highly commended by the Environmental Health Authority."
